Black History Month Extended Constructed Response Practice Made Easy—Plus a Free Writing Freebie
Believe me, as a former public school teacher (I’m now at home with my daughter and will homeschool her beginning August 2026), I know allllll about teaching Extended Constructed Responses. However, sometimes I was stuck with what the school gave me rather than something relevant to our students.

Use it as a festive February decoration, a student craft, or a quick learning project that actually sparks good conversations.
Make Valentine’s Day Meaningful With These Black History Month Valentine Activities

Each of the three activities I have (so far—I’m planning on adding to the collection as time goes on) serves a different classroom need, making it easy to mix, match, or use all three together.
