You’ll retain access to the Vault through the end of your current billing period. After that, access to the member library will be removed.

Sharing login information or distributing downloaded resources to others is not permitted.
If unauthorized sharing is detected, membership access may be suspended or terminated without refund.
If a colleague is interested, please encourage them to join the Vault so they can have their own access.
